O-37 - HiRes E-half energy of 10^19.73 eV matches the theoretical GZK prediction of 10^19.76 eV

The energy E1/2 at which the integral HiRes spectrum falls to half of the no-cutoff expectation is measured as 10^(19.73 ± 0.07) eV, in excellent agreement with the Berezinsky-Grigor'eva robust theoretical GZK value of 10^19.76 eV.
